All In Solutions is an SBA-certified SDVOSB/WOSB whose CEO is a former Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Undersecretary and retired USAF General Officer who led highly successful multi-billion dollar enterprise transformation efforts across the integrated domains of people, process, and technology, including the USAF $4B Future Total Force/Total Force Integration Transformation Initiative which stood up more than 140 new mission areas including UAVs, Space, Intel, ISR, and 40 integrated units. As the Under Secretary, she transformed VBA and modernized 7 enterprise systems while eliminating 90% of the historical disability claims backlog – managing a $95B Budget and 20K+ employees. AIS, a company with nearly 150 employees and 18 federal contracts, is licensed and operating in more than 31 states and has continued its revenue growth to exceed $10 million in the last 8 years. AIS’ COO, retired USAF Colonel and Doctor of IT Management, brings in-depth knowledge and experience as an original leader in the Director of National Intelligence CIO Office. AIS is a small business with large business experience – making us a unique and effective partner in the VA, DoD, and other Civilian Federal agency markets.
